River City Drum Corp Cultural Arts Institute, Inc. programs are designed to enhance the development of African American families with children through eduacation, arts, and culture.

Purpose

Our purpose is to provide opportunities for families to reconnect to African Americans' vast historical accomplishments in building America and use this information as a foundation for rebuilding our families and community.
